Covid-19

In the current climate of the COVID-19 pandemic, IQ Radiology is continuing to provide optimal quality diagnostic imaging and patient care to our valued communities.  As a healthcare provider, we are very much committed to quality care, compassion, and service.

In these unprecedented times, IQ Radiology is very much ready to play our part in supporting our patients, doctors, and staff (our communities). Our responsibility to service our patients in a safe environment is always our primary focus.

We will continue to provide services to both COVID-19 vaccinated and non-vaccinated patients. Our friendly staff will request confirmation of your vaccination status so we can ensure correct processes are followed to keep all patients and staff safe.

As per the current Queensland Government mandatory mask directive, from 1am on the 18th December 2021, when attending our healthcare facilities masks must be worn by all patients and carers regardless of vaccination status.

Exceptions to wearing a face mask include:

  • children under 12
  • a person with a particular medical condition or disability

We would like to reassure all patients entering our waiting rooms for imaging, that we have taken extra and all necessary precautions to protect against COVID-19 within clinics.

IQ Radiology is committed to ensuring our policies and procedures with respect to COVID-19 are in line with the latest government and health organisation regulations and guidelines.
